The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office most wanted person of the week is:
Celso Marcial of Fresno. A bench warrant has been issued related to a charge of a grand theft.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to an auto wrecking yard for a report of a burglary in progress. Deputies arrived and found a total of 16 wheels and tires stacked up outside of the businesses fence. They contacted Celso Marcial nearby and determined he was in the process of stealing the parts. He was placed under arrest.
Celso Marcial was booked into jail and released the same day after posting bond. He has since failed to report to his court hearing.
Marcial is 44 years old, 5’5”, 180 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
